These are services that enable an individual to receive care at home and decrease the possibility of facility placement. Home Health services also assist in recovery at home after major hospitalization. Home care is best suited for those that do not need 24 hour supervision or monitoring. The program of care can be short or long term. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
